Call for Pre-Proposals: Partnerships For Enhanced Engagement In Research (PEER)

PEER Cycle 6 Call for Pre-Proposals Announced

U.S. Embassy Manila is sharing Partnerships For Enhanced Engagement In Research (PEER), a USAID competitive grants program which funds researchers who tackle questions on development, and who are able to partner with U.S. researchers who receive federal research funding.

This year the major program’s two themes is Environmental Contaminants, which includes air pollution, water pollution, soil pollution, and social science approaches to human behavior change, impacts of pollution on the economy, etc. Other emphasis areas are: Agriculture, Biodiversity, Climate Change, Disaster Mitigation, Education, Energy, Food Security, Infectious Diseases, Nutrition, Maternal and Child Health, and Water. Currently there is an open call for applications, with a deadline of Jan 13, 2017.
